I have a short term rental property in Mountain Home that had guests in it staying over the weekend. The HVAC system was not keeping up with the heat and my guests let me know the indoor temperature was 60 degrees. The outside temperatures were unusually low in the teens. I was able to reach Miller after hours and they were on site in about 30 minutes. I had some of the settings in the thermostat set incorrectly so the auxiliary electric “bars” were not coming on. The service tech changed the settings and the temperature came up quickly. This saved a potentially difficult situation with my renter and worst case possibly my water pipes freezing.
