Husband replaced everything he could think of to get our heat on and ran out of ideas called Miller heating and cooling, Andy was out here that day spent 30minutes on it and figured the problem out. Great fast service and great employee! Would recommend to anyone!

L. Miller and his crew started at 7:30 AM and finished at 7 :30 PM .I can’t say enough about their dedication and skill . EXCELLENT in every respect. L.Miller will give you a fair price and will not over sell their equipment .He will give you the equipment to do the job you want. My air conditioner went out, my home was 90 degrees inside, my dogs were panting because of the heat. It was an awfully hot day and it wasn’t going to get any better. I am new to this area and had no idea who to call. But I am so glad I called Miller Service. They took my call, I explained to them the issue, they said they would try and work me in. I had a doctors appt in morning and they worked around my schedule and showed up about 1:30pm. Laban and his grandson diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, bearings in the motor went out. Its a very old unit. Laban understood I was on a fixed income and he had some spare used parts that he thought would work, to save me money. (Now a days, what company really cares about saving a customer money?) The used parts worked, he cleaned my unit, added Freon and put everything back together and cleaned up within 45 minutes… I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill as it was reasonable and fair. From the start, when I first called, they were very professional, polite, empathetic to my situation and very very responsive. I will gladly call them for all of my HVAC work in the future. I thank you both and my dogs thank you.

Good friendly atmosphere

Gentlemen, my name is Linda and i live down the road from you. When my gas furnace broke down, and unrepairable, during latest cold snap, you lent me 2 oil heaters. You guys are life savers. Thank you so much for caring about this old gal. I told everyone what you did for me.

Laban came out because our unit was out of date and needed to be replaced. While he was under our house looking at duct repair he found some pipes that were leaking. Not only did he bring some fans to help dry it out but he also repaired them and didn’t charge us for it! After he was finished assessing everything, he came in our home and gave us several different options for units that could be installed. In less than a week, he had our unit in and installation, repair and replacement of some old ducts took less than a day! All of his crew were polite, punctual and got the job done. I highly recommend them to everyone that even mentions the need for any HVAC work!

Miller service company has impressed me like no other. The couple times I’ve worked with them, they have been on time, and completed the job with experienced precision. Very fairly priced, and a pleasure to communicate with.
