I have a short term rental property in Mountain Home that had guests in it staying over the weekend. The HVAC system was not keeping up with the heat and my guests let me know the indoor temperature was 60 degrees. The outside temperatures were unusually low in the teens. I was able to reach Miller after hours and they were on site in about 30 minutes. I had some of the settings in the thermostat set incorrectly so the auxiliary electric “bars” were not coming on. The service tech changed the settings and the temperature came up quickly. This saved a potentially difficult situation with my renter and worst case possibly my water pipes freezing. Thank you Miller!
Top rated professional service from start to finish. Diagnosed our lack of A/C issue quickly. Loaned us window air units till our new heat pump was installed with our new thermostat. Answered my millions of questions with total patience. Worked all the angles for the best price and solution to our broken unit. Would highly recommend. Purchase and installation of a mini-split along with relocating our existing heat pump. This was part of a large home remodeling project and Miller was flexible to our schedule, technicians were professional and did quality work. We highly recommend Miller for your HVAC needs.
Nothing but high praise for this company. Lightning knocked our hvac units out. Called this company and even though they were busy, had a technician out in about an hour. Laban was very knowledgeable, courteous and quick with his diagnosis. He had us going immediately and saved us no telling what. An unscrupulous operator had the opportunity to hang it to us. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating and cooling repair or new installation.
