I can’t say Enough Positive things about this Company! I have used their Repair Services for 20 years now in Mountain Home. I have neede them of course on weekends or holidays with company at my house, needing help immediately. Husband replaced everything he could think of to get our heat on and ran out of ideas called Miller heating and cooling, Andy was out here that day spent 30minutes on it and figured the problem out. Great fast service and great employee! Would recommend to anyone!

Labon Miller and his family business is 1st rate. Customer Service is their first and last ambition throughout the process. Our comfort was Labon’s major concern followed by our financial situation. They cemented the deal when they loaned us a window unit while they were installing a new heat pump. The follow up education of heatpump functions vs. weather conditions were invaluable. These folks really care!
Laban came out because our unit was out of date and needed to be replaced. While he was under our house looking at duct repair he found some pipes that were leaking. Not only did he bring some fans to help dry it out but he also repaired them and didn’t charge us for it! After he was finished assessing everything, he came in our home and gave us several different options for units that could be installed. In less than a week, he had our unit in and installation, repair and replacement of some old ducts took less than a day! All of his crew were polite, punctual and got the job done. I highly recommend them to everyone that even mentions the need for any HVAC work!
