Millers response,was quick and came out quickly in response to our call. All personnel were courteous and worked dillegently to get us cooled off after the unit was in. I just wanted an inspection of my HVAC system. It was installed 3 years ago and has been running great. Adam responded sooner than expected and made sure all was in order. He cleaned a couple of parts and left me assured that the unit would continue to function properly in the coming winter. As with all the Miller technicians, Adam was a professional and a nice guy. I have no hesitation recommending Miller Service Company.
We had a 28 year old furnace and AC. Miller serviced it last year, and Mr. Miller was very honest that it was still in fair working condition, given it’s age and use. I appreciated his honesty. So this year we decided to go ahead with a full upgrade. His team was professional, prompt and courteous, even though they had an issue with the fitting the furnace into the attic. They managed all during very hot weather. We certainly appreciate them and are very pleased. 5* absolutely Highly recommend.
Labon Miller and his family business is 1st rate. Customer Service is their first and last ambition throughout the process. Our comfort was Labon’s major concern followed by our financial situation. They cemented the deal when they loaned us a window unit while they were installing a new heat pump. The follow up education of heatpump functions vs. weather conditions were invaluable. These folks really care!
Miller Service Company, replaced our furnace and ac, as both were 25 years old. Billy and Zeke, the techs, were prompt, courteous, and explained the different units to us. They had us up and running, two days after we called!!! Very pleased with their service and the price! Will HIGHLY recommend Miller Service Company! Can not say anything bad about Miller Service!!!!
