Labon Miller and his family business is 1st rate. Customer Service is their first and last ambition throughout the process. Our comfort was Labon’s major concern followed by our financial situation. They cemented the deal when they loaned us a window unit while they were installing a new heat pump. The follow up education of heatpump functions vs. weather conditions were invaluable. These folks really care!

Our heat had been going in and out and finally gave out for good. We called Miller Service with the expectation that they wouldn’t be able to get to us for days, given that seemed to be the case for most businesses in the area. I was surprised when I was told they would be able to come out to our house that afternoon. Not only did they come out late in the day, they stayed until late in the evening and got our heat up and going on a very cold night. We were so thankful that we had heat for our little one. I absolutely recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

I ran into one of the service techs while out in public and ask him if I could speak to him for a few minutes and he took the time out of his schedule to talk to me a little bit about the issue I was having with my home HVAC unit. He kindly returned to his vehicle and brought back a business card and asked me to schedule appointment and I requested that it be this service tech that come out due to his friendly nature and his professional interaction. They sent him out and he did an excellent job with troubleshooting and service of my unit. They were timely in scheduling the appointment and kept me up to date about when they would be there and they showed up on time and did not appear to rush with their service visit and did an excellent job at a fair and reasonable price. Will use them again.

L. Miller and his crew started at 7:30 AM and finished at 7 :30 PM .I can’t say enough about their dedication and skill . EXCELLENT in every respect. L.Miller will give you a fair price and will not over sell their equipment .He will give you the equipment to do the job you want. Quality work and reliable equipment .If you want the best you have to get the best and that is L.Miller heating and air !
