My air conditioner went out, my home was 90 degrees inside, my dogs were panting because of the heat. It was an awfully hot day and it wasn’t going to get any better. I am new to this area and had no idea who to call. But I am so glad I called Miller Service. They took my call, I explained to them the issue, they said they would try and work me in. I had a doctors appt in morning and they worked around my schedule and showed up about 1:30pm. Laban and his grandson diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, bearings in the motor went out. Its a very old unit. Laban understood I was on a fixed income and he had some spare used parts that he thought would work, to save me money. (Now a days, what company really cares about saving a customer money?) The used parts worked, he cleaned my unit, added Freon and put everything back together and cleaned up within 45 minutes… I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill as it was reasonable and fair. From the start, when I first called, they were very professional, polite, empathetic to my situation and very very responsive. I will gladly call them for all of my HVAC work in the future. I thank you both and my dogs thank you.

I’ve used Miller Heating & Cooling since buying my home many years ago. Each and every time I’ve called for service, whether preventative or repair oriented, the technicians have responded quickly, been polite, respectful, competent, and have remedied any and all issues the first time, always at a reasonable fee. My thanks to Mr. Miller and his apparently highly trained and obviously well versed in quality customer service skills for keeping me warm in winter and cool in the summer.

I have a short term rental property in Mountain Home that had guests in it staying over the weekend. The HVAC system was not keeping up with the heat and my guests let me know the indoor temperature was 60 degrees. The outside temperatures were unusually low in the teens. I was able to reach Miller after hours and they were on site in about 30 minutes. I had some of the settings in the thermostat set incorrectly so the auxiliary electric “bars” were not coming on. The service tech changed the settings and the temperature came up quickly. This saved a potentially difficult situation with my renter and worst case possibly my water pipes freezing.
