I called Miller Service on an emergency (no heat- on a Sunday and cold front coming in). My regular company did NOT return my call, and Mr. Miller DID! He came out between storms and promptly fixing my heating unit, very reasonably- I will be using them for future heat/ac issues– THANKS SO MUCH!!

We had a 28 year old furnace and AC. Miller serviced it last year, and Mr. Miller was very honest that it was still in fair working condition, given it’s age and use. I appreciated his honesty. So this year we decided to go ahead with a full upgrade. His team was professional, prompt and courteous, even though they had an issue with the fitting the furnace into the attic. They managed all during very hot weather. We certainly appreciate them and are very pleased. 5* absolutely Highly recommend.

Answered my millions of questions with total patience. Worked all the angles for the best price and solution to our broken unit. Would highly recommend. I just wanted an inspection of my HVAC system. It was installed 3 years ago and has been running great. Adam responded sooner than expected and made sure all was in order. He cleaned a couple of parts and left me assured that the unit would continue to function properly in the coming winter. As with all the Miller technicians, Adam was a professional and a nice guy. Me and my wife had just moved to Flippin last year and when our electric furnace started smoking Last night, we didn’t know who to call. We found Miller popped up first we were a little hesitant, but the reviews looked great and there were a local verified company so gave them a call. Our technician came out in a very timely manner, and resolved all issues with a cleaning up and a wire repair. With everything, our HVAC tech did for us they really exceeded our expectations! We thought we would have been told we needed our whole furnace replaced since it was getting older, but our technician Was honest and definitely knew what he was doing!
