They cemented the deal when they loaned us a window unit while they were installing a new heat pump. The follow up education of heatpump functions vs. weather conditions were invaluable. I was having issues with a keeping my house warm during the drastic cold snap. I called Miller and Andy came out the same day and found the Thermostat we had didn’t have an aux that would turn on the pump so I had him replace that thermostat so we don’t have these issues and I will also have him replace our Water Heater in the next month. Andy was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. The Pricing was very fair for his service and equipment he installed. I recommend Miller So anyone since they do more than just heating and Air. I have been using these guys from the time I moved down here 6 years ago and they are the nicest most honest and competent people I have found. Besides getting the job done without trying to over sell something or over charging you like some of the places around. I 100% think you should use them for all your HVAC needs.

Me and my wife had just moved to Flippin last year and when our electric furnace started smoking Last night, we didn’t know who to call. We found Miller popped up first we were a little hesitant, but the reviews looked great and there were a local verified company so gave them a call. Our technician came out in a very timely manner, and resolved all issues with a cleaning up and a wire repair. With everything, our HVAC tech did for us they really exceeded our expectations! We thought we would have been told we needed our whole furnace replaced since it was getting older, but our technician Was honest and definitely knew what he was doing! We placed our call about 8:30 am and by noon ( with a new part installed) we had heat. Laben is very efficient and reasonable! We wouldn’t call anyone else! Honest, efficient, and reasonable! Thank you Laben!
