Good friendly atmosphere

Our heat had been going in and out and finally gave out for good. We called Miller Service with the expectation that they wouldn’t be able to get to us for days, given that seemed to be the case for most businesses in the area. I was surprised when I was told they would be able to come out to our house that afternoon. Not only did they come out late in the day, they stayed until late in the evening and got our heat up and going on a very cold night. We were so thankful that we had heat for our little one. I absolutely recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

The service guys were extremely professional, they even put booties over their shoes to keep the floors clean. They were fast and efficient and repaired the unit as well as did a complete service.

Very Responsive, came out the same day

I ran into one of the service techs while out in public and ask him if I could speak to him for a few minutes and he took the time out of his schedule to talk to me a little bit about the issue I was having with my home HVAC unit. He kindly returned to his vehicle and brought back a business card and asked me to schedule appointment and I requested that it be this service tech that come out due to his friendly nature and his professional interaction. They sent him out and he did an excellent job with troubleshooting and service of my unit. They were timely in scheduling the appointment and kept me up to date about when they would be there and they showed up on time and did not appear to rush with their service visit and did an excellent job at a fair and reasonable price. Will use them again.

I am a local contractor. I do not use anyone else, but Miller I refer all of my customers to them and they are all satisfied,, top-notch servers and top-notch people.

I was having issues with a keeping my house warm during the drastic cold snap. I called Miller and Andy came out the same day and found the Thermostat we had didn’t have an aux that would turn on the pump so I had him replace that thermostat so we don’t have these issues and I will also have him replace our Water Heater in the next month. Andy was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. The Pricing was very fair for his service and equipment he installed. I recommend Miller So anyone since they do more than just heating and Air. Thank You Andy!!!

My air conditioner went out, my home was 90 degrees inside, my dogs were panting because of the heat. It was an awfully hot day and it wasn’t going to get any better. I am new to this area and had no idea who to call. But I am so glad I called Miller Service. They took my call, I explained to them the issue, they said they would try and work me in. I had a doctors appt in morning and they worked around my schedule and showed up about 1:30pm. Laban and his grandson diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, bearings in the motor went out. Its a very old unit. Laban understood I was on a fixed income and he had some spare used parts that he thought would work, to save me money. (Now a days, what company really cares about saving a customer money?) The used parts worked, he cleaned my unit, added Freon and put everything back together and cleaned up within 45 minutes… I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill as it was reasonable and fair. From the start, when I first called, they were very professional, polite, empathetic to my situation and very very responsive. I will gladly call them for all of my HVAC work in the future. I thank you both and my dogs thank you.

Great company to do business with. They were professional and not lacking in the Communication department. They installed all new ductwork under my home, left property clean . Will definitely be having them do more hvac work on my home. Highly recommended
