Each and every time I’ve called for service, whether preventative or repair oriented, the technicians have responded quickly, been polite, respectful, competent, and have remedied any and all issues the first time, always at a reasonable fee. My thanks to Mr. Miller and his apparently highly trained and obviously well versed in quality customer service skills for keeping me warm in winter and cool in the summer.

We had a 28 year old furnace and AC. Miller serviced it last year, and Mr. Miller was very honest that it was still in fair working condition, given it’s age and use. I appreciated his honesty. So this year we decided to go ahead with a full upgrade. His team was professional, prompt and courteous, even though they had an issue with the fitting the furnace into the attic. They managed all during very hot weather. We certainly appreciate them and are very pleased. 5* absolutely Highly recommend.

Our heat had been going in and out and finally gave out for good. We called Miller Service with the expectation that they wouldn’t be able to get to us for days, given that seemed to be the case for most businesses in the area. I was surprised when I was told they would be able to come out to our house that afternoon. Not only did they come out late in the day, they stayed until late in the evening and got our heat up and going on a very cold night. We were so thankful that we had heat for our little one. I absolutely recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

Everyone from Miller was professional and courteous. They did a very nice job replacing our heat pump as well as doing additional duct work. All the work was done in a timely manner. They also left our house picked up & clean when they were done each day. Would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Miller Service Company. I have had them out to our house on three different occasions, they are nice, friendly, and professional. All three times they have been able to send someone out within 24 hours of us calling for a repair and have fixed the problem that day. I would recommend Millers to anyone who has any heating and airing needs.
