I ran into one of the service techs while out in public and ask him if I could speak to him for a few minutes and he took the time out of his schedule to talk to me a little bit about the issue I was having with my home HVAC unit. He kindly returned to his vehicle and brought back a business card and asked me to schedule appointment and I requested that it be this service tech that come out due to his friendly nature and his professional interaction. They sent him out and he did an excellent job with troubleshooting and service of my unit. They were timely in scheduling the appointment and kept me up to date about when they would be there and they showed up on time and did not appear to rush with their service visit and did an excellent job at a fair and reasonable price. Will use them again.

Very Responsive, came out the same day

Everyone from Miller was professional and courteous. They did a very nice job replacing our heat pump as well as doing additional duct work. All the work was done in a timely manner. They also left our house picked up & clean when they were done each day. Would highly recommend them.

Miller Service Co. has been taking care of my heating and air for more than 12 years now. Kept my old furnace going until time to upgrade to a new heat pump system, which they installed and have maintained. Mr. Miller is a very fine gentleman who genuinely cares about his customers. Our heat had been going in and out and finally gave out for good. We called Miller Service with the expectation that they wouldn’t be able to get to us for days, given that seemed to be the case for most businesses in the area. I was surprised when I was told they would be able to come out to our house that afternoon. Not only did they come out late in the day, they stayed until late in the evening and got our heat up and going on a very cold night. We were so thankful that we had heat for our little one. I absolutely recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

They came when they said they would be there and was able to fix our unit same day and reasonably priced. Would recommend 100 and will use them again in the future for our additional needs.

Me and my wife had just moved to Flippin last year and when our electric furnace started smoking Last night, we didn’t know who to call. We found Miller popped up first we were a little hesitant, but the reviews looked great and there were a local verified company so gave them a call. Our technician came out in a very timely manner, and resolved all issues with a cleaning up and a wire repair. With everything, our HVAC tech did for us they really exceeded our expectations! We thought we would have been told we needed our whole furnace replaced since it was getting older, but our technician Was honest and definitely knew what he was doing! Miller Service Company has been taking care of my two HVAC units for a few years now. Billy is the man. He has always gotten me back up and running. I do feel like they are reasonably priced. They are always able to get to me quickly. I’m glad I found them. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
